Anni Karjala is a doctor, phD student and a public-health enthusiast. Her experience ranges from clinical work to academic research and health startups, and she's especially intrigued by the interface of these three.

Having worked in both public and private sector healthcare facilities Anni has a strong clinical mindset - but is not afraid to question the status-quo. Driving value-based care, focusing on prevention and reducing socioeconomic health disparities are things Anni is determined to strive for. Having hosted two radio shows, Anni is also very familiar with content-creation, and thus not afraid to grab nor drop the mic. Anni is a mix of creativity, critical thinking and the good old can do-attitude.
