To support Gesund Partners’ mission, we now introduce a new consulting venture: Gesund Digital. Digitalization and data play an increasingly critical role in driving meaningful systemic change at a societal level. With this in mind, we passionately believe that this is the right time to initiate this exciting new chapter.

Gesund Digital intend to provide technology advisory services at the highest level. Such advisory services are complemented with a differentiated delivery offering. The intention is to focus on delivering tangible results in tandem with broader strategic goals.

We are looking for visionary individuals with significant consulting experience from leading consultancies or digital companies. Entrepreneurial energy, together with a technological understanding, would constitute a promising starting point, particularly if this is combined with a compelling vision for society and a drive to improve people’s wellbeing.

Successful candidates will hold a relevant master’s degree (e.g. engineering, natural sciences, economics, business, medicine, social sciences) and possess 10+ years consulting experience. Excellent written and oral Finnish and English is required, Swedish language skills an advantage.

A Co-founder is expected to be

• Proficient in sales
  • Our clientele consists of both private and public sector organizations. Existing network and excellent networking skills are seen as a distinct advantage.
• An experienced senior consultant, proficient in leading teams and individuals, while personally delivering first-class results.
  • A developed understanding of social and health care will help you to quickly get up-to-speed.
  • Dependent on background, consulting roles can either be tailored towards a more technical outlook, or in a more business-oriented direction. Specific consulting tasks typically encompass designing enterprise architecture or choosing the right technologies, solution design and roadmaps, organizational planning, or directing digital transformation PMOs for a range of differing clients.

  • As an accomplished leader of people, you will garner respect amongst your peers and act as a trusted advocate in cultivating awareness and trust with our clientele.
• Excellent communicator
  • A Co-founder will represent Gesund Digital in a variety of public forums and channels and pro-actively promote our beliefs whenever the opportunity presents itself.
